| You may receive medication as part of your treatment plan as outlined by Dr. Wilhite or Dr. Komas. During the course of your treatment, Dr. Wilhite or Dr. Komas will authorize refills of these medications. When you are ready for a refill, please ask your pharmacy to fax a refill request to us at 891-6952, even if the medication indicates no refills are allowed. Please request refills at least two days in advance, if possible. | |
