Shoulder Surgery Exercise

After Shoulder surgery, regular exercise is important to restore your normal shoulder motion and flexibility and a gradual return to everyday work and recreational activities. Dr.Wilhite or Dr. Komas and your physical therapist may recommend that you exercise from 10 to 15 minutes 2 or 3 times a day during your early recovery period.

Always discuss any exercise program with your doctor before starting any new exercises. If you have any questions about which activities might be good for your recovery, always be sure to ask.
