| | Your condition may require convalescence or rehabilition services in a skilled nursing facility. Sometimes this can be determined in advance of your surgery, but often it may be determined as part of your hospital discharge plan. Your discharge planner will discuss the various facilites with you and provide a list of possible facilites appropriate to your needs. You may want to discuss these options with your family or friends. | |
